Dear Family and Friends,

I am writing to share with you about my return trip back to Bolivia. As most of my faithful supporters know, I have been involved with my church, Orange Hill Baptist, with mission work for the past four years. I am excited to be called to the field to help our South American Missionaries Drs. Toni and Placido Mercado. The Bolivian people and the Ayore Indians of which we serve look forward to our coming each year. Orange Hill has been serving them for the past 10 years.

We will be in many different areas, such as Santiago, Fua, and San Jose from June 23 through July 3. I will be working with the children’s ministry, leading Vacation Bible School. We have 13 team members who will play a vital part of what we feel God is calling us to do, to spread the Word around the world. We will also be doing women’s ministry, men’s ministry and some construction work.

I am asking you to come along with us, also, as we set out on this adventure. First and foremost, I would greatly appreciate your prayers for the team and me. Please pray for our health and safety, as we will be renting a bus for the first time to carry all team members instead of several vehicles traveling in a caravan. Secondly, each member is asked to raise $1750 for air fare, food, and lodging. Aside from that, we need to raise building material money for construction projects. Please don’t feel obligated, but give as the Lord leads. If you would like to contribute, please follow the directions on the right sidebar of this page.
